Accommodation

Charonne Ruth Glass operates from a comfortable base out of a converted Whisky Distillery. Bonthrones Distillery was operational for 350 years from 1600 to 1950s; now it is a beautifully tranquil environment, set within a shared courtyard with rolling hills beyond. 

The house is on 3 levels with my gallery, studio and course space on the ground floor. I open my home for those who want to visit Scotland and to artists who are either looking to study with me, or are seeking a peaceful retreat to develop new work. I have had interest from international students as far away as Namibia and Costa Rica.
